Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES We offer the following shipping options:

Economy: $4.99-5-8 business days 

Standard: $7.99-3-5 business days (Free on orders over $70.00)

Express: $14.99-1-2 business days

International Shipping We ship to European Union and other international destinations. EU customers can expect delivery within 3-5 business days.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

TRACKING All orders include tracking information which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at wforest@ewu.edu within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will make it right.
